Description

The Director leads the newly established Office of Civil Rights, providing technical assistance to Local Educational Agencies to prevent and address antisemitism and discrimination. This position develops strategic plans and training modules while overseeing discrimination prevention coordinators who handle civil rights complaints. The Director collaborates with the California Department of Education and Attorney General's Office, monitors complaint trends, and manages operations including budgeting and personnel.
