Under the direction of the Chief Deputy Director, the Deputy Director of Engagement, Equity and Partnerships serves as a member of the Director’s executive team to support the work of the Department of Fish and Wildlife, in addition to Administration-wide initiatives on equity and inclusion. This position will further connections to all Department’s programs and will work with staff, California Native American Tribes, stakeholders and members of the public to build partnerships that better connect Californians to the Department.
