The Chief Deputy Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank (IBank) serves as the senior advisor to the Executive Director and performs critical services including but not limited to the formulation of program designs, policies, plans and procedures to achieve the goals of IBank, GO-Biz and the Administration. The Chief Deputy Executive Director is also responsible for the administrative duties for all of the functions and programs of IBank. IBank contributes to the State’s economic development and job creation efforts by financing public infrastructure, private development, and economic expansion.
