The Deputy Director of Governmental Affairs in the Public Advocates Office (Office), reports to the Director and serves as the key advisor to the Director and senior level management on matters related to legislative issues.  The position serves as the lead for developing and maintaining relations with legislative members and their staff including legislative committees charged with budgetary and policy oversight, and legislative representatives of key stakeholders, and other governmental agencies (state and local). The Deputy Director of Governmental Affairs supervises and directs the Office’s legislative staff.
