The Chief of Infrastructure Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and preservation of the Authority’s infrastructure assets, such as High-Speed Rail (HSR) guideways, bridges, buildings, and structures. Ensuring protection, upkeep, and restoration of HSR infrastructure assets, in the condition which they were constructed in, with attention to structural integrity, security, and conservation. Overseeing the operation of rail facilities and services to provide satisfactory and safe HSR transportation. Developing an Asset and Maintenance Strategic Plan, in coordination with the Construction and Rail Operations Offices.
