Description

The Director of Research, Evaluation and Assessment oversees research, evaluation and assessment programs and priorities affecting educator quality and workforce development and diversity.  Ensures Commission priorities and practices meet the requirements of statute and advance the Commission’s strategic plan. Leads the Commission’s Leadership Data and Assessment Teams and engages practitioners, education partners and communities of interest to identify focus areas and possible actions that support innovation, improvement, and implementation of candidate performance assessments, data systems, the accreditation system and other Commission program areas that impact the recruitment, preparation, licensure and retention of a diverse educator workforce.
