Under the general direction of the Secretary and Undersecretary within the Business, Consumer Services and Housing Agency (BCSH), the incumbent serves as the Deputy Secretary of Housing Finance, providing expert policy support and guidance to key leadership and staff within BCSH, as well as its associated Departments and entities, on matters related to housing finance programs and policies. The Deputy Secretary of Housing Finance will play a key role in coordinating and unifying the state’s affordable housing and homelessness financial investments across state entities to create more efficiencies in administering state, federal and other related resources.
