Description

Founded in 1878 as the University of California's first law school, University of California College of the Law, San Francisco has been at the center of the legal community in the West. The Board of Directors of the University of California of the Law, San Francisco is responsible for managing the business of the college, which includes the power to incur indebtedness. The Board sets policy for the College, approves its budget, and engages in other governance activities as set forth in the By-Laws and Standing Orders.
